RENTAL DEPOSIT
$200 per week is due to hold a reservation. This is refunded if
cancelled within 30 days of booking. If cancelled 31 days or more after
booking reservation, the deposit is not refunded. If your reservation is
initially made within 30 days of your arrive date, payment is due in full at the
time of booking. If cancelled anytime between that date and the arrival
date you will receive your payment back less $200 IF th unit is re-booked.
RENTAL PAYMENT
Full payment for your reservation is due no later than 30 days prior
to your vacation. This is refundable, less the deposit IF the unit
is rebooked for that time period. The final amount due will automatically
be charged to your credit card exactly 30 days prior to your arrival. If
this is going to be a problem, please call.
If your reservation is initially made within 30 days of your arrive date,

between that date and the arrival date you will receive your payment back less
$200 IF the unit is re-booked. If the unit is not rebooked, then your
entire payment is non-refundable.
CLEANING
Cleaning requirements are detailed in the policies & procedures
book that is in your unit.
A $50 cleaning fee will be retained from your damage deposit if the
unit does not meet our cleaning requirements.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A $500 damage deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card one day
prior to your arrival date. The pre-authorized amount is automatically
held by your credit card company for seven days.
You will be contacted if there are any concerns regarding willful damage to
the unit or missing inventory.
Do not repair any damages to your unit until we are contacted.
Repairs that are unauthorized or done poorly may have to be re-done at the
expense of the customer.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES
* Check in time is between 3 pm and 5 pm on your arrival
date.
* Check out time is promptly at 10 am - no exceptions!!
INSURANCE
Insurance is included in the price of your stationary rental. A
$500 deductible is the responsibility of the customer should a claim need to be
made. Please consult our Policies and Procedures book in you unit for
instructions on proper operation of equipment on the unit to avoid unnecessary
damage.
SPECIAL NOTES
Rental Periods must be for a minimum of three (3)
nights.
There will be no delivery or pickups done on Sundays or
holidays. Special arrangements may be
made to hold-over the unit at the campsite until the next day. You will be
required to pay the campsite fees for the hold-over. Please ask
us when booking.
All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed inside the units.
Please ensure that you carefully review the Policies and Procedures
manual that is supplied with your unit. It includes vital information to
the safe operation of your unit. Emergency phone numbers are also provided
should you need assistance at any time.
No refund for early departure.
KITCHEN
PACKAGE
You will be supplied with the following
kitchen items:
* 6 place settings (dinner plates, soup bowls, bread plates)
* 6 coffee cups and beverage glasses
* 6 utensil sets (knife, fork, large and small spoons)
* 2 cooking pots with lids
* 1 frying pan and flipper
* 1 serving bowl with serving spoon
* 1 can opener, 1 cutting knife
* 1 juice jug, 1 coffee percolator
The
Policy and Procedure Manual that is supplied with your unit contains a page
detailing the fees that will be charged for each damaged or missing item.
These fees will be retained from your damage deposit. You will be
contacted if there are any discrepancies.
ADDITIONAL
FEES
*
Travel fees are applicable to all stationary rentals. These fees are
relative to the location of the campground or site. Most fees can be found
on our "Campground" page. If the site is not listed, or is a
private site, please call and we will let you know the travel cost to that
location.
Travel
fees include delivery, setup, and pickup of the unit.
* Additional fees
will apply to site moves. Site moves will only be done if our staff have
the time available.
