“Called an RV place in Vernon that deals with our brand to see if I could bring trailer to their lot just to plug in to proper 30 amp to make sure ac was working. They said they were too busy to accommodate this request. Went to Country Camping in Salmon Arm and asked the same thing. They said bring trailer and plug in. Ac did not work as it should have. The guys in service got up on trailer roof and pulled cover off of AC, had me turn it on...low and behold a piece of Styrofoam shot out in chunks when it turned on. The Styrofoam was blocking fan from turning and thus no AC. Well needless to say it's out, AC is working and it took all of 10 minutes. A big shout out to the service department at Country Camping for saving us from a very hot weekend. That was great customer service!! Thank you again from Dean and Sheila.”
